Individual sessions in Body-Mind Centering® are available by appointment. In a private session you will be able to learn new ways to move, to perceive and experience yourself in response to your body. Each session is geared towards your needs and experience and may contain movement, hands –on work, experiential imagery, anatomical illustrations and dialogue. You will receive support and acquire skills that can be applied to your professional and everyday life to reduce stress, improve coordination and performance, unravel emotional blockages, relieve pain and support your well being.
