Fall 2021 Series: An Embodied Exploration of Empowerment, Heart and Self-Care – A Body-Mind Centering® Approach

Many of us have been living through so much uncertainty, change and adaptation these past eighteen months, and self-care and resilience seem to be needed more than ever.
This fall, I am excited to share with you what is most alive for me at this time. My embodiment practice has changed with the times. In this series I have decided to create a space where we can meet, further develop our questions, and explore our experiences, and insights. This series of five 90-minute classes on zoom will take place every other Sunday from mid-October to mid-December.

In each class, I will lead a 30-minute exploration through different approaches to embody your heart, immune system, blood, cells, muscles, breath, and their relationship to the natural world around us for self-care and resilience. A space will be held for questions and to share your experiences with the group, as well as in smaller groups for more intimate investigation and sharing. The classes will be offered in the spirit of exploring, being in community, honouring your own experience, and diving into the unknown. Some of you may want to move through space, while others may want to do the explorations lying down or sitting. You are all welcome to participate at your own level of comfort and need.

Themes we will explore:

      • Deepening your capacity to listen to the wisdom of your body and heart
      • Autoregulation and balancing your nervous system
      • Supporting immune system function
      • Embodying the heart as a support for your movement, and source of resilience

The series will be offered in French and English with translation.

To support our group dynamic, places are limited. Preference is given to those who register for the whole series. Single class drop-ins are possible according to availability.
