Ces ateliers s’adressent aux praticien.ne.s de mouvement et de yoga, aux massothérapeutes et à tous ceux et celles qui veulent approfondir l’intégration physique afin de trouver de l’aisance et de la joie dans leur mouvement. Chacun pourra travailler à partir de son propre niveau d’expérience.

Awakening Resilience, Connectivity & Flow : A Body-Mind Centering® Approach to Yoga with Mariko Tanabe on Zoom

Through the pulsation of your blood, the matrix of your bones, fascia and ligaments, and the intimate qualities of your organs, we will explore ways to open these pathways for resilience and freedom of movement. Discover the lightness of your lungs, the different powers of your liver and heart, and the rooted primal force of your digestive organs through movements designed to awaken these tissues along with meditation and voice. Explore ways to integrate the spirit and flow of these tissues into your asana or movement practice, as well as into some of your routine daily activities, for greater ease, connectivity and resilience. All are welcome to participate at their own level of experience and comfort.

Exploring the Immune System & the Fluid Body
with Mariko Tanabe on Zoom

Learn ways to energize and balance your fluid body in order to support your immune system through movement, breath, meditation and touch. In the morning we will explore the process of cellular breathing and different cellular activities that occur constantly in our bodies. This will include the functions of our blood and different immune system cells as they travel and interact within the environment of the fluid body. In the afternoon we will explore the endocrine function of the immune system and learn ways to use touch and movement to support the flow of the lymphatic system.

Aspects of this work will support your yoga practice and other physical activities. No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.
